Are you a proactive and flexible PA with lots of experience juggling multiple diaries for a large and busy team? Are you looking for a fast-paced, energetic and dynamic environment in which to grow? Do you want to work for a company who invest heavily in their employees and have excellent benefits? If so, please read on!
My client – a leading Management Consultancy firm - is on the hunt for an experienced and professional PA to support between 2 and 4 Vice Presidents in their rapidly expanding team.
This is not your standard Consultancy company… they pride themselves on their sense of community and creative culture, and having already grown rapidly in the last few years there is still so much more to come in 2016. A 300 strong London office, this is a buzzy and open-plan environment where all doors are always open and there is a common shared purpose.
What they can offer you:
This is such a dynamic and fun place to work: deck-chairs, pick’N’mix, pool tables, space hoppers… you name it, they’ve got it!
If company-wide support, encouragement and an excellent work/life balance are high on your priority list then this could be the role for you. They are feedback driven and ‘people based’, which is reflected in the generous benefits package on offer: brilliant pension scheme, dental and healthcare insurance and an ‘Enhance You’ scheme, to name but a few. This is also an employee owned business, where shares are given to everyone and vested after 1 year’s work.
With the company expanding as it is currently, there should also be plenty of opportunity for further progression.
What you can offer them:
This role is to a great extent a traditional PA position. With around 3 years + experience supporting a team or multiple individuals at board level, their ideal candidate would suit juggling complex diaries and calendars, coordination of meetings, scheduling conference calls, expenses and travel.
The ethos of the company is very much “all hands on deck”, so the ability to be flexible and able to provide support to the other EAs and the office team where needed is something my client will be looking for.
Bright, proactive candidates with exceptional communication and organisation skills will go far here.
The Nitty Gritty:
This is a 12 month Fixed-Term contract to start as soon as possible (give and take the Christmas period!)
The salary on offer is up to £32,000 for the right candidate, and the office hours are 9.00 – 5.30pm.
If you are interested please do get in touch ASAP
