Our client, a bespoke global events and training organisation driven by energised management is looking for Operations and Client Services Administrator to assist the operations and client services team. This is a very hands-on role where pro-active attitude and warm manner are a must. You will be working across the publishing, marketing, admin and customer care functions.
The position pays to £19k and the company is based in the vibrant are area of Old Street. The job requires working 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am- 5.00pm.
Main duties:
Event administration
- Take responsibility for the administration of events
- On-site representation at public events, assisting with delegate registration and liaising with the venue and speakers, gain customer feedback after events
Event documentation
- Support the event operations team in preparing and printing event documentation
- effective relationships with all speakers
Publishing support
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed efficiently and in line with established business processes
- Support the operations team with the production of new titles and the reprinting of existing titles
Agent liaison
- Maintain and build on existing relationships with UK and worldwide Agents
- Be the main point of contact for all our Agents
Digital books
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new aggregators, ebook sellers and other third parties
- Ensure our ebooks are distributed to all contacts and are promoted to their best advantage
Sales and marketing support
- Provide administrative support for marketing across all product lines
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns in order to achieve sales
- Assist in the completion of PR campaigns and help maintain media lists
Client and customer care
- Ensure that clients and customers are at the heart of all that we do
- Maintain an efficient and high level of service to all customers and clients, taking responsibility for dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email channels
- Ensure that all customer bookings and orders are processed efficiently and in line with established business processes
Sales and marketing support
