A national outdoor advertising company is looking for an Operations Analyst to help in delivering successful campaigns by providing essential operational and administrative support to a 20-strong Field Team. You will be an internal point of contact responsible for running an ongoing maintenance programme of the inventory, managing unit damage reports, keeping the estate up-to-date and running Field Team tracking software to ensure the team are operating smartly and safely. The role is paying up to £23k.

Operations Analyst duties:

Operations:

  • Assisting Field Operations Manager to analyse current product prices. Liaise directly with suppliers and build relationships.
  • Manage stock and equipment levels in line with Operations Team requirements
  • Ensure the company vehicle information is up to date on the booking manager system, including liaising with insurance and vehicle hire companies.
  • Collate and manage Field Team incoming communication and paperwork ensuring inventory refurbishments and closure logs are up-to-date.
  • Collate incoming campaign photography and posting reports

Systems:

  • Learn and operate the in-house tracking software, establishing effective reporting procedures.
  • Analyse daily tracking reports and work with team to action any urgent issues.
  • Perform analysis of Operatives driving patterns, posting areas, fuel consumption and efficiency.
  • Present monthly case study to Operations Management suggesting amendments / processes that can be implemented to assist the working practices of the Operations team.

Maintenance

  • Run maintenance programme for inventory, ensuring all unit damage reports are logged onto the booking manager system. Adding ticket closures onto the Booking Manager as completed works returned.
  • Work with Maintenance Team to log all damaged / in need of repair frame / units. Prioritise workloads and establish time-frames of repairs of inventory- keeping Sales Team informed of all changes.
  • Ensure Maintenance Team are always equipped with stock in order to aid maintenance programme.
  • Work with Field Team Manager to log and run unit refurbishment programme ensuring the inventory is always maintained to the highest possible standards.

Production and Branded Materials:

  • Assist Production Team with incoming queries, working on campaigns from artwork stage through to final production and distribution. Liaise with Field Team and assist in the preparation of campaign distribution of branded promotional materials.
