Our client is a business-to-business technology service provider with established reputation and great expansion plans. Following growth of the business they are looking to recruit Customer Support to the business in a varied range of business activities including: provisioning customer orders with suppliers, raising and tracking faults with suppliers, communicating with customers to provide ongoing updates and feedback on fault and order status on top of 1st Line support and advise to end users and up-dating CRM systems. This role will develop into a sales position.  We are looking for previous Customer Service or sales experience in service delivery or support role within the Telecoms industry and experience in any systems. The Customer Service position pays to £21k depending on experience.
