An award-winning e-commerce business in King’s Cross are looking for an Office Manager to join their informal and creative team. The company are requiring someone to start as soon as possible (1 month notice is accepted). The Office Manger role is paying up to £35,000. This Office Manger position would be suitable for candidates who are looking for 4 days a week too in which case the salary will be pro-rata.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a tidy, safe and organised work environment. You will be responsible for liaising with building management and security, coordinating travel arrangements and social events, ordering stationery, and managing health and safety checklists. Additionally you will be sourcing new and negotiating with existing suppliers, work with the IT team and manage the Office Management budget.
For this Office Manger position we are looking for Office Managers who had worked for a company of around 100 staff. The preferential company background is e-commerce, technology, start-up, creative agency.
