A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a PA to  support 2-3 members of the Senior Management team for a Investment Company bases in the City. The PA’s within the business have a significant importance in supporting the daily operation, working closely with the other Personal Assistants you will provide full diary and travel management for these extremely busy Senior Managers with ad-hoc support for the wider team,  duties will include but not limited to;

  • Diary and Email Management
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general and administrative queries
  • Booking travel and accommodation, creating itineraries for complex travel schedules
  • Management of complex diaries
  • Coordination for meetings, both internal and external
  • Invoice processing
  • Preparing PowerPoint  presentations and excel documents as required
  • General administration (producing letters, booking couriers, booking rooms etc)
  • Managing the travel and expense process and records
  • Ad hoc project work

The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience, enjoy working in a fast pace and demanding environment and be able to manage an ever changing diary with a smile and a positive attitude.
