Our client is a boutique serviced office providers who are currently seeking a Service Assistant to join their luxurious city offices. Personality is everything for this role! You will be the face of the company and responsible for being an excellent ambassador for the organisation at all times. The success of the company is based upon the service they are providing so this is an excellent opportunity to be right at the heart of the business in a customer facing role. They are a great company that prize themselves on looking after their staff and believe all their staff are an integral part of the team.

The role itself is really varied. You will expect to play a key part in the offices operational support and so will need to have a flexible and can do attitude.  Your diverse duties will include reception duties, meeting and greeting clients, building relationships with clients, general office maintenance, and office administration and generally being the go to person for any of the clients’ requirements.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working within a team, has a positive attitude and is always will to go above and beyond for the clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience, good interpersonal skills, and hardworking and great organisation skills.
