Team Administrator/Team Secretary
Our client is a construction company based off Oxford Street. The primary focus for the Team Administrator/Team Secretary role will be to provide administrative support to a growing team of professional staff (currently 45), both project managers and quantity surveyors. Additionally the role will include involvement in marketing. The candidate will need to have a flexible attitude, be prepared to work to tight deadlines producing high quality documents and enjoy the challenges of working in a demanding role. We are looking for candidates with Team Administrator/Team Secretary experience who had worked for credible companies. The Team Administrator/Team Secretary position pays to £28k depending on experinece.
Duties for Team Administrator/Team Secretary:
· Providing administrative support to all professional staff within a fast paced office
· Typing and formatting documents in Word that would include: agendas; minutes; letters; project specific documents; CVs, RFIs, PQQ;
· Formatting and producing high quality PowerPoint presentations
· Supporting the marketing department
· Tracking project information in Excel and possibly other bespoke systems
· Maintaining databases and calendars, and updating systems (including filing systems)
· Co-ordinating and making travel arrangements
· Binding /scanning/ filing documentation
· Providing support and cover for reception
· Other general administrative tasks as required
