Resource Coordinator - talent management consultancy
The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling professional services talent for client assessment delivery work, based on assignments provided by their manager and requests from internal or external clients. The Resource Coordinator will be scheduling all assessments that take place in the London office, both for the internal team and team members from the offices globally. The Resource Coordinator must have experience in multi-person scheduling and love the complexity and challenge that comes with it. Part of the Resource Coordinator role would also be to oversight of all assessments taking place and consultant availability and skillset.
The Resource Coordinator duties:
• Act as an expert in scheduling requirements for assessments and 360 feedbacks
• Align internal resources (e.g. consultant expertise) with client needs
• Respond in a timely manner to internal scheduling requests
• Work directly with client contacts to schedule delivery work when appropriate (e.g., transactional, high-volume annuity business such as individual assessments)
• Utilize pre-determined assignments and scheduling criteria to maximize resource efficiency
• Update and maintain all necessary tracking databases
• Implement complicated, multi-step process to schedule assessment
• Assign resources for delivery work in SAP
• Be knowledgeable about the capacity level and current projects of the resource pool
• Utilize client management data to satisfy specific client needs/preferences
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience
• 2+ years of logistics coordination/event planning/staffing experience, especially calendar management of multiple people in remote locations
• High attention to detail
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to be adaptable and manage stress in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Ability to build and foster relationships with cross-functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
