Rapport is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant / Project Co-ordinator.

Duties will include:

  • Provide highly professional support for the Director and their immediate team who look after P&C’s nationally
  • Prepare the Director for meetings, ensuring they are fully briefed.
  • Provide any support needed including presentations and agenda’s, meeting arrangements, events and travel. 
  • Support the CS management team including meetings, specific project work as the need arises.
  • Ad hoc assistance with responsibilities relating to the CS teams workload.
  • Extensive liaison with external contacts/clients groups on behalf of the Director
  • Build and maintain relationships with overseas contacts

The successful candidate will:

  • Have more than one year's experience of working as an EA in the corporate industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills, in particular the ability to forward plan
  • Able to prioritise a heavy workload completing all tasks on time
  • Have an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Be highly organised and have an eye for detail
  • Have great interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
  • Have passion to achieve excellent results
  • Be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to act proactively and intuitively

Working hours are typically 7am to 7pm based on rotational shifts over a 40-hour week Monday to Friday, although the occasional weekend might be required.
