PA to Founder/MD - Corporate Communications

We are looking for a PA/EA in a special role working for the Founder and MD of one of the most successful PR/Marketing/Branding agencies specialising in high profile campaigns across business, industry and politics.

This is a role for an experienced, bright, quick thinking, polished and well-presented PA.  You will have to think on your feet whilst dealing with a very busy, creative boss.  You will be dealing with high profile people from across the world of business and politics, helping to write briefings, keeping him prepped for speeches and generally keeping one step ahead of him. 

You need to be resilient as the volume of work and the constant changes need to be managed calmly and efficiently.  This is an amazing job - the sort that doesn't arise very often.  The company are at the top of their game - smallish but significant.  Bright, savvy people work there who love what they do.  We are looking for someone to buy into their culture and become part of an exciting team.

You don't necessarily have to come from a PR background but some experience in either media, campaigns, politics or communications would be useful. You need to have worked in a small company with entrepreneurial people and be used to that sort of environment - this is important.  Above all you need to be a top PA with 7-10 years post graduation experience at senior level.
