The Company
Our client, a prestigious well established Interior Design company based in Central London are looking for a Marketing Specialist who has gained experience within Interior Design, Construction or Architecture either client or agency side.

The Role
Partnering with global Practice Area Leaders to understand each practice’s specific goals for reputation building and business development, and set strategy for the marketing campaigns that will help to achieve the goals and strengthen the reputation as a whole. 
Working with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write and produce all proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards. 
Managing business development activities, including managing target clients and incoming leads, following-up, and tracking opportunity status. 
Leading the development of marketing deliverables, including proposals, presentations, brochures, email blasts, blog posts, and other marketing collateral. 
Championing strategy and planning sessions for new business opportunities. 
Performing multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines. 
Understanding and learning portfolio of work, practice areas, and firmwide capabilities. 
Managing other responsibilities as assigned. 
 

The Person
· Proven ability to create strategic integrated programs that drive content marketing strategies
· Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools
· Ability to interface effectively with senior management
· Strong project and budget management skills
· Excellent written/verbal communication and strong analytical skills
· Ability to work with complex teams
· Strong consensus-building skills
· Ability to be adaptable and flexible in fast-paced work environment
· Write copy for media releases, articles, blog posts, case stories, social media content and bios
· Collaborates with the marketing team and PR teams to execute client and community events
· Engaged member of the firm’s global PR and marketing networks - regularly collaborates with other PR and marketing professionals around the world
