An astounding opportunity has arisen for a confident, personable yet articulate individual to join a Property Investment company as PA to the Director; idyllically located in London's West End.

As PA to the Director you will need to possess experience in a PA/Personal Assistant/EA/Executive Assistant role supporting at a senior level, and most ideally you will have a wealth of experience doing so. The PA to Director will be responsible for extensive diary management, all travel arrangements and any logistical necessities, utilising your effective communication skills you will liaise with various senior officials, organising meetings with senior heads of business, arranging client visits on occasion: thus strong relationship building skills will be highly advantageous. Essentially the PA to director will utilise their time-management skills to multi-task various projects operating at speed but with full attention to detail.

The PA to Director will be confident and personable, demonstrating ability to work autonomously of your own initiative possessing a "hit-the-ground-running" attitude to make the role your own. As PA to Director you will be IT literate with proven knowledge and utility of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required for pulling documents together, adapting and constructing presentations where necessary alongside any proof-reading or editing.
