Receptionist - Funky Investment Firm

This fabulous and funky Investment house is looking to recruit a Senior Receptionist to join their small team in their stunning office based in Central London. As the Senior Receptionist you will work closely with a more Junior Receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the Reception area, meeting rooms and communal space, ensuring that all visitors are met with in a professional and friendly manner. As well as dealing with all calls and visitors in to the office you will liaise with the Facilities Director to ensure that the office space is always immaculately presented and supplies are maintained.

You must be immaculately presented, well spoken with a confident and friendly manner, you will have previously managed someone and understand the importance of going the extra mile to help colleagues. This is a really fantastic company where you will be appreciated and rewarded for your hard work.
