An award winning, historic events space and charitable trust based in North London is looking for a highly experienced and organised EA to support the Managing Director and new Chief Executive and part of this role will involve supporting the smooth transition of this appointment.

As an unflappable and professional Executive Assistant, you will need to facilitate clear and regular communication across all departments ensuring a joined up approach by the Senior Management. As Executive Assistant your duties will include diary, travel, correspondence management, document production, research projects, Board meeting preparation and coordination as well as several other exciting projects that will arise working for this interesting and exciting organisation.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with excellent communication and IT skills. It is essential that you have at least 5 years' experience in a PA/EA role at senior level with experience in collating Board papers etc. Previous experience working for a charity/Trust/Local Authority is essential
