A Document Production Administrator is currently required to join a successful, fast paced and close knit Bid Department in a professional services firm based in Victoria. Your role will be an exciting combination of bid related duties (formatting complex Word and PowerPoint bid documents)  as well as providing support to the Bid team of up to 50 Bid Professionals. You will be in charge of organising their travel, managing diaries, itineraries, minutes at meetings. The position will allow some creativity with graphic design, colours, logos etc. 

The Bid Team works to tight deadlines and the candidates need to be used to working under pressure and to deadlines. The hours are 9am- 5.30pm however you flexibility is required as you would need to very often work long hours. In return you will be paid 1.5 time Monday - Friday and double for the weekend. 

We are looking for responsible candidates who had proven themselves in a demanding environment where attention to detail was vital. The Bid Administrator/Bid Coordinator position pays to £25k. 

Requirements for the role:
- experience in formatting, creating presentations and document management
