PA to CEO - Charity

This dynamic, international not-for-profit organisation are looking for a first class PA to support their inspirational CEO in a fast paced yet supportive team. They run as a very slick operation and need a PA who is used to working at pace to deliver excellent support in an efficient manner. The role is not a traditional PA role, but has a huge amount of project involvement and research.

The organisation are committed to improving international relations and any knowledge or passion you have in this area or in current affairs will be welcome, although is not necessarily essential. The company believe that their most valued asset are the people who work for them, so if you are a committed, dedicated and ambitious PA who wants to make a real change, this would be a fantastic place to be.

You will be a true "right-hand" PA support to their CEO - managing the diary, organising meetings, managing email inbox and preparing paperwork, but also being hugely involved in research, projects and correspondence. There is huge scope with this role, but ultimately you must be an enthusiastic PA.

They are looking for someone who has at least 5-10 years' experience working as an PA at this senior level. They are looking to develop the individual and want someone ambitious who is eager to take on more responsibility with time. It is not essential that you have worked in the not-for-profit sector previously, although this will definitely help. Instead they want to see proven experience of working in a fast paced and professional environment where you have developed your communication, organisational and personal assistant skills. The ideal candidate may have studied international relations or politics at university and have a genuine interest in current affairs
