Legal PA / Administrator in Intellectual Property

A strong team player with Legal PA/ legal Administrative experience and a background gained in Legal Trademarks is urgently required to provide support to a large Legal team of Fee Earners; two Partners, five Associates and a Trainee to work in a very busy Intellectual Property Legal team.

The role will encompass a high amount of legal billings, opening of client matters, legal budget Administration and client due diligence along with full legal PA duties which will include a high level of organisation, diary, travel, etc.  The ideal candidate will need to be technically savvy with advanced IT systems knowledge including legal based ones and have acute attention to detail. 

Ideally of Graduate calibre (legal perhaps) or have ILEX qualifications or equivalent and have experience of working in a stimulating and challenging legal environment.  This is an exciting hybrid role that will suit a good all-rounder who can multitask and work with a large and diverse team of characters who is interested in legal or has a background in legal.
