This is a PA position to support two senior Directors in a leading management consultancy firm with a twist… They are completely focused on their employees, reward hard work and continuously strive to be the best with a personal focus throughout. They have a Nutritionist based onsite and offer an amazing benefits package including free breakfast, lunch and even dinner if you wish! Main responsibilities;

  • -Extensive diary management for the two Directors - Planning, organising and rescheduling both internal and external meetings with a range of individuals
  • -Organising complex international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, Visa's, transfers, international meetings etc.
  • -Managing emails, queries, letters and all other correspondence
  • -Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
  • -Researching ad-hoc topics and projects when required
  • -Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact

Requirements;

  • -A proven background as a PA or EA
  • -Ability to work at a fast pace, always thinking one step ahead and work under pressure with deadlines
  • -An extravert personality would suit this organisation
  • -A positive, upbeat and energetic personality
  • -Educated to University Degree level or equivalent
  • -Excellence communication skills - both articulate and written
  • -Ability to deal with two very different personalities
  • -Ability to manage two diaries
  • -Confident booking complex international travel
