Legal PA to Senior Partner - Litigation - Magic Circle Law Firm – 42K

We are pleased to present this amazing opportunity within the legal sector, with our client, a Magic Circle law firm, who are currently recruiting for a full time Senior Legal PA in their busy Litigation Department.  This role will involve providing an efficient, client focussed and professional PA support to a Senior Partner.  The successful candidate will need to work at a very fast pace and will thrive in a busy and challenging environment.  They will also have the ability to multi-task and proactively manage a busy diary and Inbox, with a strong focus on attention to detail and to also have the confidence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

To be considered for this role you will have experience in the following:

• Supporting to (legal) Head of Department level within a sizeable law firm (400+ ppl)
• Extensive internal and external diary management
• Global travel arrangements with full itineraries
• Acting as gatekeeper, screening calls and at times managing an inbox
