Receptionist - Veterinary Clinic

Our lovely client, a well established Veterinary Clinic located in the beautiful Hampstead are looking for a superb Receptionist.

This Receptionist role is a key part of the team as you will be the representative for the company as the first point of contact for all clients. You will not only be managing the front of house - you will be getting involved in other aspects of daily life at the clinic; from meeting and greeting both pets and owners, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records and general office admin to assisting the veterinary nurses and understanding the protocols for handling animals and administering medicine so previous experience is required and this is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn and get involved in a wonderful company.

You will need to be a warm, bubbly individual with top notch people skills and a genuine interest in working with animals. As Receptionist you will be dealing with clients throughout your day so it is imperative you are professional at all times yet understanding and compassionate. This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is a caring, friendly person, who is quick and willing to learn and who wants to get involved and muck in wherever needs be.
