Customer services role within private wealth management (Banking)
*Use of Portuguese and English on a daily basis to liaise with private banking clients
*Producing banking documentation
*Ensuring all banking documentation is accurately processed, including applications for mortgages and insurance products
*Updating existing clients with new information from the bank with regards to new services, products etc .
*Developing relationships based around trust for the long term
*Organising and attending client events and parties
Requirements
