A well-established international technology consulting firm with expertise in Audiovisual/ Multimedia are looking for a Part-Time Administrator and Marketing Assistant to join their very small office in Farringdon.
The successful candidate will take charge of the office admin and marketing activities as well will support the senior management. This Part-Time Administrator and Marketing Assistant position requires working three days a week, 8.30am - 5.30pm. The pro-rata salary for the three days of work is up to £16,848, depending on experience. We are looking for Part-Time candidates who can commit to a part-time position permanently.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the London Director the Part-Time Administrator will be responsible for general administrative tasks for this office of technology consultants as well as specific marketing and project tasks.
Office Administration
· Document management and control
· Client Database management
· Couriers and mail
· Maintain office information, such as business travel, office and holiday diary
· Managing office service providers such as cleaners, telecoms providers, liaising with facilities management
· Ordering stationary and other office consumables
· Coordinating service providers for printers and other office hardware.
· Receiving visitors and answering the telephone
· General administrative duties
Marketing:
· Marketing database population and maintenance from the Internet, firm wide database directory resources and telephone calls
· Coordination of London specific marketing content and firm wide initiatives
· Develop, organize, update, and format marketing collateral (CV’s, project sheets, project lists, etc.).
· Marketing mail outs with subsequent follow-up calls
· Proposal creation in conjunction with the technical specialists
· Assisting with bid document analysis and tender responses
· Creation of print and electronic marketing materials
· Creation of PowerPoint presentations
· Maintenance of marketing statistics and reports
Desirable qualifications and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field desired
· Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills.
· Fully competent in the use of MS Office programs.
· Experience with MS Publisher, other publishing packages and/or graphics packages
· Audiovisual, IT or Architectural industry experience
· Familiarity with architectural and building services plans
· Basic familiarity with AutoCAD
· Ability to prioritise workload
· Ability to multitask
· Document management skills
· Well organised and with good attention to detail
