This boutique and high end office property firm are looking for an Operations Manager to effectively manage the smooth operation of one of its luxury sites, dealing with high end clients on a daily basis and managing marketing and PR. It is essential that you are used to working to a very high standard as first impressions are imperative. You would manage a small team of dedicated employees and ensure the highest standards of client service within the Centre.

The successful Operations Manager will take responsibility for client management, building relationships and troubleshooting. You would maintain the building and oversee facilities management of the property, oversee the IT and telecoms issues and recruit and manage a professional team of staff. You should be experienced with accounting – invoicing, managing credit control and petty cash.

The perfect candidate will be degree level, have excellent management, organisation and client service skills, and enjoy ensuring marketing and PR is relevant and on brand. Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure. If you have experience in hospitality management or office management then the skills could be very transferable. It is essential that you have a degree, or the equivalent.
