Project Manager in Mill Hill Interior Designers

An exciting multi-award winning interior design practice based in Mill Hill, North London is looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager pays up to £32k. 
PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:
-    Manage all project processes from start to finish with full suite of professionals (architects, engineers, contractors, consultants) 
-    Chair site meetings with clients 
-    Monitor and control variations following client approval
-    Develop work schedules
-    Prepare detailed project updates 
-    Manage project budget 
-    Monitor progress of project 
-    Coordinate delivery of services from planning to delivery 
-    Ensure works are completed to a high standard
-    Ensure projects are completed and aligned with business objectives and within design guidelines 
-    Responsible for smooth running of project 
The successful candidate will be confident in taking full responsibility of their assigned project(s), have excellent co-ordination and communication skills, experience with budgets and a strong eye for detail, ensuring the entire process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Please note the role will involve a combination of office work and onsite visits.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Computer literate (Windows) with good experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role(s)
- Self-motivated, creative and able to take initiative
- Very good technical understanding of construction methods and processes
