To provide PA and administrative support for ICIB desks and or management team:
- Ensure the smooth running of business heads and their teams, ensuring that at all times they are on possession of all necessary papers & information for meetings
- Work closely with the members of the management team and at all times show discretion in dealing with both confidential and price sensitive information
- Act at all times in a professional manner, particularly when dealing with external clients
- Build contact relations ships with the external clients and other professional bodies
- Distribute the post and ensure that time critical mail are handled with appropriate speed and priority
- Manage all UK & Global travel and hotel accommodation with an eye on costs and prepare expense claims
- Prepare the team expense claims
- Support the preparation of presentations and documents for meetings
- As required for road shows – work closely with the team and external parties re travel logistics and client briefings
- Keep track of all invoices received and own the process for sign off and recharging to client
- Organise lunches, dinners and events for the team and clients
- Keep close contact with peers in other areas of the bank and be able to secure meetings with other execs
Core Skills and Attributes
- To act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating customers fairly (compulsory)
- Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office packages
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to interact with people from all levels of the organisation+

- Flexible in approach, able to multi task with both a “can do” and “will do” attitude
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Pro-active, team player, outgoing and enthusiastic
