PA - Maternity Cover

PA - Hedge Fund / Private Equity Firm Mayfair, Maternity Cover

Hedge Fund/Private Equity firm seeks an experienced PA to join their Mayfair office for Maternity cover - Up to 1 year. 

Supporting a Global-focused team of 2 Portfolio Managers and 1 Analyst.  Duties to include extensive diary management, arranging complex travel to various International locations. You should also be happy to provide admin support and deal with various ad hoc tasks. It is essential that you are able to work alongside a team of experienced PA’s and be happy to take direction, as well as working alone using own initiative.

This position requires the candidate to have a good working attitude, be highly motivated, have common sense and be energetic in order to keep up with a fast paced environment. You will also be flexible and a fast learner.  

The ideal candidate should have past experience of working within a top tier investment bank and/or a smaller finance firm in order to have well rounded experience.

This position will be a temporary maternity cover role of up to 1 year within a great, friendly firm with an opportunity to gain fantastic experience. If you are prepared to work hard you will reap the rewards within this role.

• You will ideally have an excellent education
• Previous Personal Assistant experience within banking / finance required
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Must be available from mid August to start work
• Salary 35-40k (negotiable depending on experience)+ possible discretionary bonus
