A fantastic risk management firm is looking for a bright and sparky team assistant to join their friendly and ambitious firm.

As team assistant will be responsible for arranging flights and travel for the company, processing invoices and general administration. Assisting with the day to day smooth running of the company is essential, so you must have a pro-active attitude. Other responsibilities for the Team Assistant role include presentations and pitch packs which are highly important to the company therefore attention to details is key. This role is the lynch pin between their offices, globally and nationwide, therefore they are looking for someone friendly with a warm attitude.

There is a marketing element will include organising exhibitions, liaising with sponsors and sourcing quotes. This position would be ideal for a graduate with at least 1 years’ experience or someone with at least 2 years administration experience, who is looking for a new challenge and a company where they can really grow and develop. 

The team assistant, must be immaculately presented, articulate and competent using all of the Microsoft packages.
