This is an exciting and varied role as EA / Business Assistant to a HNWI /CEO of a innovative digital health service company. They are a relatively young, creative company based in Central London but are expanding rapidly. 

The CEO is a really inspiring and accomplished individual. He has very high standards and can be demanding but not difficult so as his EA you will need to be fairly thick-skinned. He is charming and as his EA it is important that you are a great communicator, keeping him up to date on what’s going on in the office. You will need to quickly understand how he works, be flexible and be able to take ownership without being overbearing. 

As EA, your duties will be anything from complex scheduling, organising speaker slots at conferences, writing speeches and presentations to organising events/liaising with VIPs/HNWIs. They are looking for someone who is resilient with impeccable attention to detail, confident, intelligent, proactive and positive. There is definite scope for progression and the more you are enthusiastic, the more he will give you to do. You will need to be of degree standard with an excellent academic record and have at least 5 years experience as a EA at board level. 

Hours are 8am – 6pm

Salary: up to £45k plus bens
