Secretary / PA – lots of audio typing – Green Park - £30K + exc bens

Fantastic Green Park based property firm is looking to recruit an organised PA with fast and accurate audio typing who enjoys typing as there can be a significant amount.  Supporting a Director and another 4 fee earners, you will also manage diaries, organise travel, create a schedule of clients and dates for events and help arrange client events and entertainment.  This is a varied and interesting PA opportunity within a popular firm with excellent working conditions and benefits.

Essential requirements within this PA / Secretary role include:

  • Previous secretarial experience within professional services
  • Fast and accurate audio typing
  • Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Strong organising ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Key areas of responsibility within this PA / Secretary role include:

  • Audio typing – significant amount
  • Diary management
  • Making travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Managing inbox
  • Handling queries
  • Recording and monitoring holidays and sickness
  • Co-ordinating and liaison on graduate intake
  • Co-ordinating new starters including inductions
  • Liaising with IT and HR
  • Typing emails, correspondence, reports
  • Raising invoices
  • Co-ordinating appraisal procedure
  • Creating and maintaining a schedule of clients and dates for events / entertaining
  • Arranging client events, meetings and entertainment
