Our client is well known for its 2 luxury brands and is the forerunner in a very niche market. Working directly for their CEO you will be expected to get under the skin of the business and start to understand the vision and growth plans that are currently in play.

Sometimes working autonomously, as this gentleman travels internationally, you will be an effective gatekeeper and stakeholder manager in his absence.  You will be a trusted confidante and be his shadow when he is abroad. This is a traditional role with added extras. You should be as happy doing the filing as you are dealing with confidential, top-level matters.

You should be astute and able to understand the needs of the business and be able to question this CEO to ensure that you have a clear understanding of his needs.  Communication and confidentiality are key words in this brief. You should also be the sort of person who commands respect from their peers and yet is pleasant and approachable.

Ideally you will have 10+ years’ experience and not be adverse to a small part of office management duties. You will have a mature and inquisitive mind, be able to relate to colleagues at all levels and not be precious regarding duties. You should also have excellent excel and PowerPoint skill and in general be tech-savvy!
