Research Interviewer

Fortius Clinic is looking for a Research Interviewer to join our Research Team and is offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

The Fortius Clinic provides specialist, private care for orthopaedic complaints and sports injuries. Our consultants are some of the most experienced orthopaedic and sports injury consultants in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company that has successfully established itself as a leader in its field.

Using our web-based clinical outcomes system you would be responsible for encouraging patients to complete clinical outcome questionnaires by telephone, but also occasionally by email or in person. You will assist with data management ensuring accuracy and integrity of data. You will work as part of a team, reporting to the surgical programme and outcomes manager and have opportunities to develop data analysis skills.

Applicants must have outstanding customer skills and an excellent telephone manner. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and IT literacy are also required.
