PA

This exciting Stockholm based creative artist management company are looking for a PA to work for their top agent. This is a very international role – not only will you need to relocate to Stockholm but you should be happy with international travel with the role including Ibiza, the UK and the US.

This is an exceptionally busy and high pressured PA role where you would be expected to be on-call and work extra hours when needed. You would organise itineraries, schedules, diary management, travel and expenses, as well as running events and ad hoc projects.

The successful candidate will be able to pick things up quickly, foresee problems and be highly resourceful. This is a highly pressured environment yet really fun, young and creative so you need to be one step ahead at all times. You should be discreet as confidentiality is key as you will be working for high profile artists. An understanding of the contemporary music industry is welcome but more than anything they need a sharp, capable and experienced PA. You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a PA in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
