Our client, an expanding PR company based in the City is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join their fast paced and dynamic company. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, pro-active and extremely dedicated, willing to go above and beyond the job role and give their all to this fantastic organisation.
Working up to Partner level, duties may include but are not limited to:
- Diary Management, scheduling client and new business meetings and arranging dinners and other networking / corporate entertainment events.
- Arranging press conferences and client presentations.
- Maintaining accurate details for contacts and inputting these into Outlook.
- Arranging national and international travel, including trains, flights and accommodation. Organising and processing VISA applications on behalf of the team.
- Correspondence, typing up minutes, some taking dictation onto the screen, some audio typing (very little), and general typing and formatting of documents.
- Maintaining/updating of client production timetables and programs in Excel.
- Excel data entry and formatting (pagination and data entry, not formulas).
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, key client dates (including client results days) and full diary management for the team.
