We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a very busy sales department. Your role will be to provide quality, accurate administration support directly to the Sales Director and CEO of the company. You will need excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
General Responsibilities;
- Resourcing candidates
- Dealing with customer contracts and assisting with tenders
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Writing adverts and posting on job boards
- Vetting CVs and follow up with line managers
- Arranging phone and face to face interviews
- Arranging technical tests for candidates
- Liaising with various line managers regarding recruitment
- Sales Calls
- Other administration duties as requested
Essential skill set;
- Experience working in a sales environment
- Very Confident individual
- Good organisation skills
- High energy
- Flexibility
- Great communication skills
