This boutique and high end office property firm are looking for a Centre Manager to effectively manage the smooth operation of one of its sites. All their sites have a luxury feel to them and they have some top clients who utilise their space. It is essential that you are used to working to a very high standard as first impressions are imperative. You would recruit and manage staff and assist with enquiries and viewings. You would ensure the highest standards of client service within the Centre and ultimately maximise on revenue in a cost effective and resourceful manner.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for client management, building relationships and troubleshooting. You would maintain the building and oversee facilities management of the property, oversee the IT and telecoms issues and recruit and manage a professional team of staff. You should be experienced with accounting - invoicing, managing credit control and petty cash.

The perfect candidate will be degree educated, have excellent management, organisation and client service skills, and enjoy ensuring marketing and PR is relevant and on brand. Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure. If you have management experience in hospitality, or Office Management experience then the skills could be very transferable. It is essential that you have a degree, or the equivalent.
