Assistant Front of House Manager, £35000

This is an exciting opportunity for a standards driven Assistant Front of House Manager with impeccable customer service with the ability to innovate and motivate a team of receptionists.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of a large ground floor reception area as well as number of client floors.

The position will include the following duties:

  • Leadership and performance management of a reception team
  • Implementation of “Five Star” customer service standards
  • The delivery of “best in class” client journey
  • Day to day liaison with key stakeholders within the business
  • Identification of training requirements for your team
  • The management & delivery of a client suite of meeting rooms

The client is seeking candidates who have either a Five Star Hotel / Corporate background with experience in delivering high end customer service. You will need to have management a team previously and be able to demonstrate your ability to motivate, innovate and engage with people.

Excellent IT Skills, communication skills is a given. Immaculate presentation is imperative.
