PA to Headmistress

A super impressive PA is required to support an extremely dynamic and wonderful Head Mistress of a charming, South West London, independent school.

The energetic and inspiring Head Mistress is looking for a talented PA to manage her extensive diary and schedule, to maximise her time and efficiency on a daily basis. She requires a firm gate keeper but also a warm and approachable "face" to represent her to the school and public. The role will also require management of the small support team, to ensure all runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Due to the nature of the role and environment, you will be expected to attend a number of meetings and events with the Head Mistress, to take away the burden of any administration or organising.

The Head Mistress is looking for a senior level, highly experienced and solid PA, from any background who is looking for a super busy PA role in a fast paced yet extremely rewarding and inspiring environment. Although term time will be extremely busy, based on a 36 hour week +, you will work on a much less busier schedule in the holidays with the hours you have accrued during term.
