This is a fanstastic opportunity for a forward thinking, hard working PA to work in Global Company is the heart of Londons West End
To provide professional and supportive personal assistance, secretarial and administrative services to the General Counsel & Corporate Affairs Director
Outputs and Accountabilities:
- Providing complex and multiple diary management and travel arrangements - including international flights, visa applications, transfers and hotel bookings
- General secretarial support including email management, managing telephone calls, follow-up systems, document storage and retrieval
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Scheduling meetings (including co-ordination of agendas) internally and externally and receiving visitors
- Creating professional presentations and documents
- Producing and managing general documents such as itineraries and reports
- Monitoring the budget and expenditure against budget
- Liaising with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders including main Board members and Executive Committee Members as well as senior external contacts and their PAs
- Representing in a corporate, professional and polished manner both on the phone and in person
- Further PA duties as required including some personal work
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:

- Ability to work under pressure and with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities in a professional manner
- Flexible approach, and willingness to go 'above and beyond' during intensive work periods

- Ability to maintain a high degree of loyalty, integrity and discretion
- Confidentiality is absolutely essential
- Team player
- Knowledge of media landscape and political infrastructure would be an advantage
Qualifications and Experience:
- An appropriate secretarial / administrative diploma or equivalent qualification by experience
- PA experience at Board level
- High level of computer literacy - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Intranet
- Language skills are desirable
