We have a lovely new role with great room for progression!
The company is a financial advisor to a US based private equity firm. They set up about a year ago but they are backed up by the US entity which has a solid history. Their office is in a lovely town house a few minutes’ walk from Green Park and Piccadilly.
They are currently looking for a receptionist whose job would include:
- Greeting clients
- Serving clients’ refreshments
- Organising lunches onsite
- Answering the phone and taking messages
- Accepting deliveries
- Stock control and ordering of stationery and supplies
- Managing petty cash
This role has potential to progress into a support role down the line as they are super busy and have a lot of irons in the fire. Therefore it is important that you are driven, keen to learn and want to take on more responsibility but you need to enjoy working on reception as well as it will still be part of your job.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, be a great communicator and have a muck-in attitude.
Hours are 8.30-5.30 and the starting package is between 25-28k depending on experience with great benefits on top.
