Travelling PA role for HNW / High profile individual

We have a really exciting (not to be missed!!!) opportunity for someone to become a travelling PA for a HNWI in the public eye.

This is a true 24/7 role and you will need to have your phone on you at all times – this is very important to him. You will be required to travel all over the world with the individual for around 50% of the year and this could be with very little notice.  Whether you are in the office or on the move, you will need to be one step ahead of this person, planning their travel, accommodation, booking cars, restaurants, preparing and attending events in a professional capacity, managing their eating habits and much much more!!!

You will be working alongside one other PA who works “on the ground” on more office admin duties including expenses, managing finances etc.  It is likely that you will work quite closely with her and can cover each other when the other person is away.

They are ideally looking for someone who has the flexibility to work 24/7 and can pack their bags for a trip at the drop of a hat.  The person in this role will need a really positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work hard.  Discretion will also be hugely important in this role.  This is a perfect chance for someone to utilise their excellent organisational and communication skills in a once in a lifetime role!!

They will pay up to £50k.
