Graduate Researcher

A small but successful Executive Search firm is currently looking for a talented Graduate Researcher to join their team. You will manage the first stage of the search, primarily conducting thorough research into companies, candidates and teams - doing some real "detective" work - as well as proofreading CVs, updating the database, and liaising with clients and candidates to organise interviews/meetings. Most of their clients are based in the City, and operate within the Financial sector.

My client is looking for a very bright graduate who wants to learn and progress within the Executive Search industry. They are looking for someone with excellent written English skills, and who is confident enough to pick up the phone to speak to senior level executives without hesitation. Attention to detail is also a must.

The role will be a 6-month fixed term contract, which will then become permanent, and the salary they are offering will be up to £26,000 depending on experience. There is also a very attractive annual bonus on offer, which will be based on the company's overall performance. 

Their offices are currently located in Leatherhead, Surrey on a temporary basis - but they are due to move to new premises around the Wimbledon area in the next few weeks.
