This high profile and expert property company are seeking an experienced and confident lettings negotiator to work within their busy Fulham office. The ideal candidate for this lettings negotiator role will have NFoPP qualifications and will have have been in the property industry for a minimum of 2 years.

This office is an extremely busy lettings office and the role would involve being able to hit the ground running and work as part of a tenacious and motivated team. It is imperative for the successful candidate to be able to deliver under pressure and be confident dealing with clients both in person and over the phone.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • dealing with enquiries
  • booking appointments
  • carrying out viewings
  • booking/carrying out pitches/carrying out pitches;
  • updating and maintaining websites 
  • general office administration.

The ideal Lettings Negotiator will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Happy to take the initiative
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Good telephone manner
  • Knowledge of the market and area

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays on a rota.

Salary is UP TO £26k, plus an annual discretionary bonus and a car allowance.
