Business Development Consultant, warm, consultative sales 
 
Based in an excellent Chancery Lane/Farringdon location my client is a management training consultancy and mediation company.  This is an exciting opportunity to work in a company that has gone from strength to strength. About to role
This is a consultative sales role and no cold calling required, you will be working for warm leads and turning enquiries into a new business using consultative approach. As a business development consultant you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and providing account management for my client’s customers.
The three core areas you will focus on are as follows:
1. Making the business global leader by delivering sales results in line with agreed targets and KPIs.
2. Securing new business sales.
3. Account Management - to key clients giving you the opportunity to develop profitable and long term relationships.

Experience
Previous client liaison experience preferably in a sales role.
Experience of achieving sales targets
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce ideally 
Experience of managing the entire sales cycle from prospect to contract won
Negotiating and influencing skills

The package
This post is remunerated on a part-salaried and part-commissioned basis.
The basic salary is 22,500 to £25,000 based on experience. Alongside this there is a generous commission structure and an annual profit share. A realistic OTE of £40k in achievable in your first year.
