Graduate Researcher - City

A highly successful, boutique global Executive Search and Consultancy firm based in the City is looking for a top notch Researcher to join their rapidly expanding company. 

Previous knowledge or experience in recruitment or search (a strong sales background would also be considered) is preferred in this role as their Researcher, you will need to be able to hit the ground running. Primarily working on the buy side/Equity team, you will of course will learn and pick up new skills on the job as well so a keen interest and an exceptional attitude to work is an absolute must. Your duties as Researcher will include candidate generation, market mapping, detailing research, competitor analysis and a chance to recruit in some circumstances with real scope for progression within the team.
