Client Support Consultant- Home-based

A leading online health and fitness company are seeking a Client Support Consultant to work from home on a full time basis.

The company are currently number one at what they do due to the explosion of growth they have had over the past year.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a large amount of incoming emails, consider carefully through each question and query and provide clear solutions to each customer while building a rapport.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Ability to organise and prioritise their allocated emails
• Answer emails in a fast accurate manner
• Exposure or an interest in nutrition and fitness
• Impeccable spelling and grammar
• Ability to work from home within an quiet environment and have access to Fibre optic Broadband
• Demonstrate a positive attitude

The role requires the successful applicant to work Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and 4 hours each Saturday.
