Project Coordinator

A Business Psychologists consultancy is looking for Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.  The position pays up to £30k.

This bespoke Project Coordinator position is trusted with sole responsibility of the custom-made survey technology.  We are looking for ambitious Graduate (2.1 or above) who are willing to develop expertise in survey design and process. The position requires previous client management experinece as the role is to design and administer online surveys that help to guide the development of individuals, teams and organisations.

Project Coordinator duties:

·    Design and administer survey projects for clients such as 360 degree feedback, team surveys and organisational culture surveys.

·    Providing advice to our consultants and clients on survey design, administration and survey project management. 

·    Manage own clients, working collaboratively with the company consultants, research and operations staff to grow the business

·    You will also have the opportunity to pitch work, write proposals and provide insightful presentations.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE of Project Coordinator:

·    Previous experience in client facing project management or administration role, along with a solid academic background, is strongly desired

·    Strong IT Literacy including advanced Excel - charts, formulae and pivots as well as the ability to learn new software quickly. 

·    Experienced in dealing directly with clients in a professional manner and managing client projects
