Junior PA - Temp to perm!

A blue-chip finance organisation, are seeking a Junior PA/ Team Assistant to commence on a temporary to permanent basis. Based in the heart of the city the offices are stylish, architecturally designed and don’t skip out on the natural light.

Day to day you will look after (but is not limited to):

• Diary management, coordinating travel and booking internal meetings
• Preparing and formatting documents
• Processing expenses
• Assisting Senior PA’s when required

Commencing in a temporary capacity these positions will convert to permanent with the three month period. We are seeking individuals with professional services experience (finance, banking, legal, consultancy) who are available immediately (one week notice will be considered).
