Graduate Researcher

This boutique and selective consultancy in the City are looking for a tenacious graduate to join their close-knit team of high flyers. They have a highly successful but small team in London, with international offices in Asia and Europe. They are looking for a Researcher who they can invest in and who can grow in the role, eventually becoming a highly successful consultant, travelling globally to work with top clients.

The client will provide full training in a supportive environment and the role is exceptionally varied - it includes desk based research, producing reports, preparing presentations, writing candidate appraisals and attending client meetings and present your research. You will lead research projects and manage the database, as well as having an active part in networking and PR with existing and prospective clients - organising events and writing pieces for publication.

You must be degree educated, confident and have excellent communication skills. Any second languages (ideally French or European) would be a huge bonus and would mean rapid progression.
