Are you a diligent, switched on and ambitious graduate, with proven experience (ideally 1-2 years) in a fast paced Executive Search firm? You will be working primarily in the equities team: a small but dynamic team of individuals which is rapidly expanding.

Previous knowledge or experience is preferred in this role and you will need to be able to hit the ground running. You will of course will learn and pick up new skills on the job as well so a keen interest and an exceptional attitude to work is an absolute must. Your duties as researcher will include candidate generation, market mapping, detailing research, competitor analysis and a chance to recruit in some circumstances.
